Afribiz Invest was founded in 2004 by Dr. Collen Mashawana with a simple conviction: Africa's next chapter would be written by African entrepreneurs, backed by patient capital and long-term partners. Twenty-one years later, we've built a group that spans six markets across two continents.
We invest across infrastructure, property development, mining, private equity and financial services — always with majority ownership, always alongside local leadership. Our subsidiaries in South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Mauritius, and the UAE operate independently while sharing a single thesis: build businesses that outlast cycles.
